Quick Rent is a management aid tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of all tenant and property data entered. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and comply with all local, state, and national rental and tenancy laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3. Data Ownership & Backup Responsibility

Important: Your data is stored locally on your device. While the app provides a Google Drive backup feature, the final responsibility for data retention and regular backups lies solely with you. Prajapati Apps Studio is not responsible for any data loss due to device theft, hardware failure, or app deletion.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Quick Rent is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not provide any warranties. This app is not a substitute for legal, tax, or professional advice. We are not liable for any financial losses or incorrect calculations. Always verify data manually before making financial decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Quick Rent application, including trademarks, UI design, logic, and code, are the exclusive property of Prajapati Apps Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
